With the MultiScanner i700 One-Step , carpenters, plumbers, remodelers and do-it-yourselfers dont have to guess where wood and metal studs, pipes, conduit, rebar and other metals are located behind walls, floors and ceilings. Floating scanner head automatically powers up when it contacts the wall. When a stud is located, it beeps and SpotLite shines. Wirewarning detects hot AC for safety, and AC Trace helps map out subsurface location of hot electrical wiring. CenterVision pinpoints the precise center of the stud. The big LCD display shows you the stud edges and edge direction for complete accuracy. Features Auto Depth Sensing and Auto Recalibration to ensure proper operation.
